Lucifer Exclusive Weapon
The way you want to build Lucifer is to add enough crit rate that he has a base rate of 70% so his passive will make it 100% and you can double-attack with his basic attack. As this is an important part of his kit, his Level 2 exclusive is really important as it will add more damage consistently. Level 3 is a crazy one to use his ultimate back-to-back if he kills a target (which happens quite enough to make him rock). High investment but also worth it in the long run.

Those are the main set items where you always equip 2 items per set (or maybe 4) to get the main set bonus. The more complex part are the substats as each gear item and artifact will get random substats that can be great or not.
