Belton Exclusive Weapon
The only thing about Belton’s kit that makes sense is when he gains his self-buffs that will make his ultimate deal a lot of damage that you make crit, so increase his crit rate as much as possible and if you want to run him consistently with his ultimate striking heavily, you have to also take his Exclusive to Level 3 to make it deal the damage consistenly. The extra layers gained by Level 1 and Level 2 are helpful but still his ultimate will not be that consistent and there is a huge difference in the way he works once you have his Exlcusive at Level 3. No matter what, Level 1 Exlcusive is absolutely mandatory for Belton and his damage output.
Best Gear & Stats for Belton
Those are the main set items where you always equip 2 items per set (or maybe 4) to get the main set bonus. The more complex part are the substats as each gear item and artifact will get random substats that can be great or not.
