Dokera Exclusive Weapon
You want his Exclusive depending how much you use him. For occasional uses his Exclusive Level 1 is alright to overcome immunities when you use him as shield breaker or immunity breaker. Totally fine. If you want to rock him in PvP modes his Awaken Level 3 will blow enemies out their corner with the amount of layers he gains and then taking them every time they start their turn so even ATK Speed is not an issue with him.
Best Gear & Stats for Dokera
Those are the main set items where you always equip 2 items per set (or maybe 4) to get the main set bonus. The more complex part are the substats as each gear item and artifact will get random substats that can be great or not.
