Dragon Scholar has a very interesting kit with the way he scales up damage and deals damage including damage based on target max HP, but it’s crucial to build him right or you will have a useless glass cannon.

Soul Healer is my favorite talent for him as he is surrounded by targets and the potential to decrease their healing not only makes his kit work more ffectively, it also helps a lot in taking down targets while increasing his max HP for more sustain.

Spike Shield is a slam.dunk insignia with Dragon Scholar as he is in the trouble and can remove energy from attackers and also potentially reflect damage he takes to deal additional damage. An insignia to always run on him.
