At this point you will not have to think all too much about your intel. Primarily you want to increase your Intel Center Level to Level 4 to be able to actually get S-Rank intel. If you pick up some B-Tier or higher intel of Global RES, Counter DMG or HP or even Global ATK you can keep it. Luckily this won’t affect your progress in raising your Intel Level when you lock slots like it does in other similar games. TLDR is get your Intel Center to Level 4 and keep suitable B-Rank or higher intel but you will replace them later anyway.

Navigation is not really that important here for you since it is unlikely that it will be available until you upgrade to a succession ship class
