What Officers Are Good To Build in Command and Conquer Legions?
Please mind that Command & Conquer Legions is still in open beta in selected countries and global release is planned for May 2025 – things change rather quickly and we’re trying to build everything into the list below and will have it final for global release but sometimes you can see empty spots if things changed.
Tier CDon't invest any universal resources into her. She is a gatherer and no matter how much you will try to make her fit in other pairings, she will only work really well as the gathering officer she is (and she does that pretty well).
Tier B+Little weird skill kit for two reasons - one, and this is the important part for most players in Command and Conquer Legions, is that she is anti-swarm and you normally don't happen to be accidentially in that situation that you really need her and the other one is that she can only enable the few officers that are designed to work really well with her and honestly I don't see many players in need to actually build her.
Tier BShe is alright early game in Command and Coqnuer Legions and also in the transition period where you need a vice for your tank march and you haven't replaced her but at the end she is very much tailored to carry you early against neutral units so don't over-invest into her.
Tier BEarly garrison officer when you need him but not the ones that will be the limits here. Still, useful early on to saveguard anything you need until you replace him with his stronger legendary counterpart officer.
Tier CExactly the same as Eva Lee, do not be fooled by any skills or trees here! She is a gathering hero and works well as that and should not get any universal resources to build her.
Tier ASuper interesting epic officer in Command & Conquer Legions and for me he one to build asap. He is a rage engine so you can combine him well with anything and also useful to level up his vice commander through neutral units when you pull new ones. The officer that should get the universals first and should be the first epic officer to max out.
Tier C+Imagine you start out on a new server and invest quite a bunch of money to be one of the big players in the first few days and hunt down other players... does that sound like you? Well, if not this hero has no relevance for you at all and can be easily ignored. When he is viable you need to dump a ton of money to slay other players and once you build him somewhat naturally he is not useful anymore as the server evolved too much.
