The recommended emblem build recommendations you can find in the game are quite generic, here is the emblem build that I recommend:

Sigmund Exclusive Weapon
The good news with Sigmunds Exlcusive is that they are no huge bangers, so you can run him without going too deep here. They are nice to have, of course, with Level 1 adding some moremore damage to his active skill, the immunity and converting burn to heal from Level 2 is nice but also quite niche and Level 3 adds one extra layer of burning from his ultimate. Actually you can take his Level 1 and be happy with him but if you want to using his Level 3 is also alright but not an investment I recommend for all players using him. Level 4 and Level 5 are simply overkill.
Best Gear & Stats for Sigmund
Those are the main set items where you always equip 2 items per set (or maybe 4) to get the main set bonus. The more complex part are the substats as each gear item and artifact will get random substats that can be great or not. Please mind since Spirit Beasts are used for the whole team, what I did is test them with typical heroes that you would pair Sigmund with and then test the Spirit Beasts. This, of course, makes this a more general test to see what typically will work well and if you use your team you still want to test multiple ones to see which one actually works best for YOUR lineup; this is more like a advice which Spirit Beasts typically will work well:
