In terms of the Exclusive Weapon, I recommend carefully leveling it up depending how much you use the hero and how many duplicates you pull. In general, I wouldn*t recommend dumping universal ones here and only level the Exclusive Weapon up if you pulled quite some duplicates.
Best Gear & Stats for Timi
Those are the main set items where you always equip 2 items per set (or maybe 4) to get the main set bonus. The more complex part are the substats as each gear item and artifact will get random substats that can be great or not. Please mind since Spirit Beasts are used for the whole team, what I did is test them with typical heroes that you would pair Timi with and then test the Spirit Beasts.
