The recommended emblem build recommendations you can find in the game are quite generic, here is the emblem build that I recommend:

Quinlan Exclusive Weapon

All that Quinlan cares about is his HP as this is the damage cap and scaler for his main skills so bring that up as high as you can and he will do fine. Don’t mind too much about his Effect Hit as so many of his kit applies his Freeze and Burn and Mastery is nice but not his main source of damage and his ultimate is not required to consume them in order to scale. With that in mind, his Exclusive Levels aren’t that crazy overwhelming althogether and the only really interesting is Level 2 that will add a good bunch to your turn meter at the beginning of each wave – but at the end of the day you can also make him work the way he is inteded to work without his Exclusives at all.

Best Gear & Stats for Quinlan

Those are the main set items where you always equip 2 items per set (or maybe 4) to get the main set bonus.
