Holder Exclusive Weapon

His Exclusive Level 2 is mandatory to ramp up his damage output. The goal with him is having as many Bleed on your targets as possible through Effect Hit and his Elxcusive Level 2 will deal more damage for each layer. His Level 3 is also nice but if you’re not sure if that’s worth the investment you can still run him well without. Stay away from his Level 4 and Level 5, they are expensive investments with little advantage.
