The recommended emblem build recommendations you can find in the game are quite generic, here is the emblem build that I recommend:

Greta Exclusive Weapon
To make her work as the buff breaker she is essentially, you don’t need her Exclusive, but reflecting debuffs and steealing enemy buffs make her a lot more viable. Level 3 (stealing enemy buffs instead of removing them) can be situational, but the reflecting debuff from Level 2 is really sweet to have. At the end of the day she is also a decent damage dealer so build her for that as nothing in her kit is affected much by stats like speed, effect hit or res.
Best Gear & Stats for Greta
Those are the main set items where you always equip 2 items per set (or maybe 4) to get the main set bonus. The more complex part are the substats as each gear item and artifact will get random substats that can be great or not.
