Her Exclusive Level 2 is so good that you really want to get it to make her the great burn hero she is. She is good without as well, but EX2 is too good to ignore.

Please mind since Spirit Beasts are used for the whole team, what I did is test them with typical heroes that you would pair Chelsea with and then test the Spirit Beasts.
