Best Gear for Aisha

Early Game, the ATK Set is the best option until you get access to better equipment sets.
Mid-Game, the Wild is the better choice as the stats are simply contributing better to Aisha overall kit. Alternatively, you can also use some gear parts of the Wild set to bridge the gap between the ATK and the Slay set, but towards end-game you will need to switch towards the Slay set with her.
Late Game, you should really focus on equipping Aisha with Fearless Set items to make to get the best performance. You can also run some Slay set items to bridge the gap before switching to full Fearless gear items on her.
