Eye of Providence makes the best pairing if you want to knock down bases with Howitzers (See full build here). Madame Vindicta is a great pairing to either open field brawl with Howithers or destroy bases with Rocket Launcher (See full build here).

Best Training Skills For Silent Thunder
Training Skills are the additional skills you can activate on Silent Thunder, picture them basically as borrowed skills from other officers you have. This adds a lot of tactical depth but also requires you to use the skills that are actually effective!
