Bones – He is the best Cutthroat Captain option here, giving Kartal the right damage-type core for a hard-hitting assassination ship (See full build here). Fifi – She is a top-tier Cutthroat Jack who boosts damage and shreds shield-based defenses, which Kartal loves (See full build here).
