Best Gear for Terror

Early Game, the ATK Set is the best option until you get access to better equipment sets.
Mid-Game, the Wild Set is the better choice as the stats are simply contributing better to Terror overall kit.
Late Gameyou should really focus on equipping Terror with Slay Set items to make to get the best performance.
