Terror Exclusive Weapon
Terror is pretty straightforward in terms of his kit β he nukes single targets and when they have a shield he nukes even harder. His Exclusive Levels help rolling that train faster, espcially Level 2 and Level 3.At the end they make him roll better against teams that hevily shield but they are not neccessary in terms of making his kit work.

Spirit Beast for Terror
Please mind since Spirit Beasts are used for the whole team, what I did is test them with typical heroes that you would pair Terror with and then test the Spirit Beasts. This, of course, makes this a more general test to see what typically will work well and if you use your team you still want to test multiple ones to see which one actually works best for YOUR lineup; this is more like a advice which Spirit Beasts typically will work well:
