Terror Exclusive Weapon
Terror is pretty straightforward in terms of his kit – he nukes single targets and when they have a shield he nukes even harder. His Exclusive Levels help rolling that train faster, espcially Level 2 and Level 3.At the end they make him roll better against teams that hevily shield but they are not neccessary in terms of making his kit work.
Best Gear & Stats for Terror
Those are the main set items where you always equip 2 items per set (or maybe 4) to get the main set bonus. The more complex part are the substats as each gear item and artifact will get random substats that can be great or not. Spirit Beast for Terror
Please mind since Spirit Beasts are used for the whole team, what I did is test them with typical heroes that you would pair Terror with and then test the Spirit Beasts.
