Ruen Exclusive Weapon
Ruen is one of the few heroes that actually also gain abilities from their Exclusive Level 4 and 5, but in his case it’s hard to tell. His Level 4 does let him steal enemy Turn Meter which is pretty cool and unique but if you aren’t incredibley lucky I question if you pull that many copies and the way he works in the meta I wouldn’t blast universal ones there… I mean, at the end of the day, all his Exclusives are alright to sweet and getting them is nice but not mandatory to make him work overall.
Best Gear & Stats for Ruen
Those are the main set items where you always equip 2 items per set (or maybe 4) to get the main set bonus. The more complex part are the substats as each gear item and artifact will get random substats that can be great or not. Please mind since Spirit Beasts are used for the whole team, what I did is test them with typical heroes that you would pair Ruen with and then test the Spirit Beasts.
