In terms of the Exclusive Weapon, I recommend carefully leveling it up depending how much you use the hero and how many duplicates you pull. In general, I wouldn*t recommend dumping universal ones here and only level the Exclusive Weapon up if you pulled quite some duplicates.
Best Gear & Stats for Pacchino

Please mind since Spirit Beasts are used for the whole team, what I did is test them with typical heroes that you would pair Pacchino with and then test the Spirit Beasts.
