Her Level 1 Awakening Skill is almost a must to make her go reliably but with the power she has and how strong she is, you want to take it to Level 3 for sure just to get her kit rolling so much stronger.

The more complex part are the substats as each gear item and artifact will get random substats that can be great or not. Please mind since Spirit Beasts are used for the whole team, what I did is test them with typical heroes that you would pair Izanami with and then test the Spirit Beasts.
