Best Gear for Hatos

Early Game, the ATK Set is the best option until you get access to better equipment sets.
Mid-Game, the Feather Set is the better choice as the stats are simply contributing better to Hatos overall kit.
Late Gameyou should really focus on equipping Hatos with Fearless Set items to make to get the best performance.
