Dustin Exclusive Weapon
Dustin heals based on target percentage which means you don’t need to worry about Healing Effect on him, but making his shield bigger through HP and making him pop his skill as frequently as possible with speed is the route to go here. His Exclusive Level 1 and 2 are helpful but no game-changer and you’re really after his Exclusive Level 3 here to make his shield bigger for all allies which has a huge impact.
