Andras Exclusive Weapon
None of his Exlcusive level are the crazy ones, they simply gradually evolve his kit and make him better. The Level 2 is quite situational and the Level 3 lets him burst more with his ultimate. If you run him against bosses and he has an important role there for you, Level 3 is an invest you really have to take.
Best Gear & Stats for Andras
Those are the main set items where you always equip 2 items per set (or maybe 4) to get the main set bonus. The more complex part are the substats as each gear item and artifact will get random substats that can be great or not.
