Familiars are the pet system in Dragonheir Silent Gods and support your team with their active spell and passive traits and do everything from buffing, debugging, dealing damage to healing. To give you a better overview, we have below a fully detailed breeding/hatching guide as well as a ranking + our recommended builds for the different familiars so they can help you as much as possible in battle.
Familiars Breeding/Hatching
The system follow very simple rules (that are also making it sometimes hard):
- You collect eggs and hatch familiars. Those have randomized traits and attributes
- Then you merge them to higher rarity, the higher the rarity, the more skills a familiar can use
- Through the fusion system you can basically destroy a familiar in order to give another familiar new talent and stats

To break it down easier for you, you need to collect a lot of eggs and hatch a lot of familiars. From here, merge the ones with good and useful stats and then fusion more unused familiars into them to get the talents you want. Which ones those are? Check below the linked builds where you can see exactly what stats and talents you want on your familiars.
Important! State of now obtained Familiars will carry over to new seasons! All progress done here is about building the right familiars not just any quickly because the season reset will bring new ones. You build your familiars for the upcoming seasons as well!
Tier SDispells buff and targets the weakest enemy with true damage scales on max HP which is overall a great kit.
Tier AOne of the strongest familiar as it seems now with not just good damaged based on target max HP, also increases damage taken with the highest current HP so makes it viable for boss fights as well.
Tier AThe best debuffer and enemy energy control familiar in Dragonheir and really nasty to deal with.
Tier APretty nice overall set, espcially since it deals damage based on target max HP which naturally scales well and the same for the heal. Almost always does a good job.
Tier AGood for AoE teams and sitautions with a good damage scaler on target max HP.
Tier B+Interesting healing support that turns overhealing into true damage but the scalers are quite low so there is a lot lost in the transformation from overhealing (which is already low) to 24% of that being true damage.
Tier B+The buffing seems nice but honestly the extra ACC and RES it provides can be picked up with gear or artifacts or even buffs from heroes. Other familiars in Dragonheir have incredible skills where this here feels somehow a little not enough.
Tier BConclusion
We hope this overview helps you with the new familiars system in Dragonheir and we can’t stretch enough how important that is starting Season 3 in powerbuilding. If you want a more detailed guide for hatching and fusing familiars, please comment below and we see what we can do.
