So, the tier list is primarily built around two key factores to rank and see if a agent is good in Zenless Zone Zero – which is how well can you combine the agent with others to make a viable team and secondly also how many other agents compete for their role and how strong are they. Easily spoken, can I use this agent in many teams that work well and also, are there other agents that can do that job in those teams and are they better there or not.

Tier S+One of the strongest Pure DPS damage dealers in the game and overall one of the strongest agents for sure.
Tier S+Similar to Ellen, although the mechanics are quite different, the strongest pure damage DPS agents in Zenless Zone Zero.
Tier S+Incredible amount of daze and works also outside of Ice damage teams well to make him one of the best agents in Zenless Zone Zero.
Tier SBest Anomaly DPS in Zenless Zone Zero right now but misses that final punch that pure DPS dealers can do to be at the very top. Still, you can run and build her and be perfectly fine and I am pretty sure that she will be still viable in the future with more agents bein released to the game.
Tier A+Great general buffs and overall kit and synergy with Bamboos, but also her abilities sometimes have lasting times that occuppy the Bamboos and also they need redeployment frequently which can be annoying. Still, overall an incredibly strong agent in zenless Zone Zero!.
Tier A+Overall a great agent with a cool kit that has some invincibility, is easy to play and synergies accross the board. She sometimes ends up out of position due to slow attacks animations but still one agent on the stronger side in Zenless Zone Zero.
Tier A+Best F2P agent in Zenless Zone Zero and makes pretty much all teams without S-Rank agents. Can chain high daze combos and great stunning rotation but can be sometime a little bit more challenging to play with the way you have to play her rotations.
Tier AHer skills have great area coverage and also makes great team with other more F2P friendly agents but you also have to constnatly smash dodge counters and quick assists. Overall with the other S-Rank Physical damage dealers in the game, though, she is the least viable and you will see that a lot. She is not bad, but there is just a lot better options available but I really don't want to rank her lower because of that.
Tier AGreat since you can make good teams with A-Rank heroes and also has a very easy and accessible playstyle overall. But with full disclosure, the next fire DPS S-Rank agent will probably outshine her easily so don't overcommit to her too early and also be aware of the timing you need to use with her Basic Attack since you have to pause a bit here.
Tier AHas a nice kit and deals a lot of damage while still be able to move while spinning - but right now her team options are limited in terms of synergy. Her role is just very competitive with other agents which doesn't give her particularly a strong spot in the overall tier list.
Tier AHer guards are so helpful and has good buffs in place and is easy to play - so why not higher ranked? Well, the guards are often enough hit or miss with faster enemies and also for her buffs you really need to build her up well. Nothing dramatic overall but she is not pull, plug, play and success.
Tier AHuge defense shredd debuff so universally many allies can deal more damage and she is free so for the sake of that she is already a good choice. The game lacks some decent Ether Damage right now so I think in the future she can rather get better.
Tier B+For sure an interesting agent overall but also you will neext his EX to really work with anything here.
Tier BHis re-triggering shock after crits and scalig is nice, so much said for the positive side of him - but he also relies heavily on having enemies shocked and that gives him limited options outside of S-Rank agents to really form a good team so be aware of that before building him.
Tier BThe biggest plus for her is that she works well with most stun, support and damage teams you will make but there are some bigger flaws in her kit that need to be addressed - first, her ability often require her to be paired with other agents that don't really make sense. Also, she needs enemies to not really move or interrupt to really work well and also needs to enemy to stay ideally stunned as much as possible. Also, she competes in many good teams with stronger a-Rank or S-Rank agents that will not make her look that good when directly compared.
Tier BLet's start with the positives here for Ben, which is for sure his team-wide shield and his easy accessibility as defensive agent with stun and also his well-working crit rate buff. His big downside, and that is the reason he is so low in the tier list, is his slow movement speed, low base Impact and also directly compared to other Daze agents he is falling off heavily. For F2P you will gain value from him but be aware of his downsides that this is the only real use-case where you actually would use him because there are no alternatives.
Tier BHe is free and has a very easy playstyle in general but not too great to build a team with.
