I have gathered some new base designs I really like and want to share.

I also updated the other base design posts here on AllClash, so feel free to check them out as well. All base layouts are now fully up to date:
Keep in mind that some of them are built on higher Town Hall accounts, but they only use the buildings available for the corresponding Town Hall 😉
February 2017 Favorite Base Layouts for TH7 to TH11
Before we start I want to give you an extra tip if you choose to use an internet base layout – they sometimes get very popular, so people learn to handle and beat them. It always helps to adapt them a little bit.
I wrote about this topic here:
Here are the base layouts.
Town Hall 7 Farming Base & War Base Layouts
Town Hall 7 Farming & Trophy Base – (click on the picture for a larger view): As a Town Hall 7, I recommend you to use a hybrid base that will protect your Town Hall and your Dark Elixir Storage as well – you need to focus on saving as much Dark Elixir as you can.
This base works nicely with the outside open intersections that will make it hard to funnel troops inside the core.
Town Hall 7 Clan War Base – (click on the picture for a larger view): In Clan War, you will most likely face Hog Rider and Dragons (even though I recommend using Giants).
You can counter that easily with a base design that will shut them down. This layout will make the Dragons spread around and not go for the Town Hall (unless the attacker is very solid, but then there’s no real way to defend against him anyway).
Town Hall 8 Farming Base & War Base Layouts
Town Hall 8 Farming & Trophy Base – (click on the picture for a larger view): This layout serves one single purpose – defending your Dark Elixir.
You will lose several 1 Star attacks with the offset Town Hall, but that’s worth the price (even if you’re trophy pushing).
Town Hall 8 War Base – (click on the picture for a larger view): This classic Anti 3-Star Base Layout for Clan War will give the attacker a hard time. The funneling is not easy and the empty spaces in between make it hard to control the troops.
This is a base layout you need to check out.
Town Hall 9 Farming Base & War Base Layouts
Town Hall 9 Farming & Trophy Base – (click on the picture for a larger view): This base has a rather unconventional layout but will work out good.
The opened up intersections will make the troops go in other directions than the attacker intended.
Town Hall 9 War Base – (click on the picture for a larger view): This time I couldn’t decide between two war base layouts for TH9, so I decided to feature both here.
This first layout is from ClashTutor and working really well.
This base is designed to primarily hold up against LaLoon attacks with the Air Defense islands, and I can tell you it will. Lava Hounds will go straight to the inside and leave the Balloons unprotected while getting killed by the Air Defenses. The Lava Hounds themselves are not able to get the Air Defenses down, so the Balloons will sooner or later get shot down by them.
The second base created by OneHive focus more against Queen Pop attacks with a similar approach.
The Air Defenses are all at one side of the base so the attacker can#t get everything down. He has to decide to either clear the upper side and won#t get the southern side or vice versa.
The Wizard Towers in the core will take down Balloons while crossing the center of the base and many less-experienced attackers will fall for this base.
Town Hall 10 Farming Base & War Base Layouts
Town Hall 10 Farming & Trophy Base – (click on the picture for a larger view): The most important part right now is protecting your Dark Elixir when farming. This base protects your Dark Elixir very well inside the core area with the ring protection funnels around it.
Make sure to set your Inferno Towers to Multi-Target Mode!
Town Hall 10 War Base – (click on the picture for a larger view): This war base uses the ring layout with a ton of traps around it. This will work nice against balloons since the Lava Hounds won#t trigger the Air Bombs in advance and there’s not much motivation for them to go for the core rather than going around following the defenses.
Town Hall 11 Farming Base & War Base Layouts
Town Hall 11 Farming & Trophy Base – (click on the picture for a larger view): This farming base uses one of the most efficient ways against the slow meta attacks right now – making the base area as large as possible, so they will lose a lot of time traveling.
The only way that troops will go for the core is when cleaning out everything around – but with the long distances to travel is will get ahrd for the attacker.
