Resonating Spell is realisticly the go-to artifact for pretty much everything in this season, including Dream Realm. Shakir deals damage, gets buffed by Reinier and also reduces damage taken by your team which is incredibly important against Lone Gaze. Smokey and Meerky is your healer here that keeps your team up since you need a ton of healing against Lone Gaze.
