After the Bomb Tower got introduced, I posted some base layouts for you, but I think it’s about time to get a fresh layout.
I have gathered some new base designs I really like and want to share.

Keep in mind that some of them are built on higher Town Hall accounts, but they only use the buildings available for the corresponding Town Hall 😉
November 2016 Favorite Base Layouts for Town Hall 7 to Town Hall 11
Before we start I want to give you an extra tip if you choose to use an internet base layout – they sometimes get very popular, so people learn to handle and beat them. It always helps to adapt them a little bit.

Town Hall 7 Farming Base & War Base Layouts
Town Hall 7 Farming & Trophy Base – (click on the picture for a larger view): I really like the funneling within this base, not just in the outside layer behind the walls, but also around the base. This makes it hard to get troops into the base and even if that is done, the resources are protected well.
Town Hall 7 War Base – (click on the picture for a larger view): This Anti 3-Star TH7 base design is great, especially against Hog Rider and Giant attacks. The traps and intersections are well-designed and attackers will not be able to pull the Clan Castle easily.
Town Hall 8 Farming Base & War Base Layouts
Town Hall 8 Farming & Trophy Base – (click on the picture for a larger view): A nice farming base with offset Town Hall and Dark Elixir in the core. All storages are well-protected from splash damage .
Town Hall 8 War Base – (click on the picture for a larger view): These island type base layouts with the Tesla Farm is a nice way to protect stars in Clan War – attackers will always have a hard time planning their attack and there is no easy funnel into the core.
Town Hall 9 Farming Base & War Base Layouts
Town Hall 9 Farming & Trophy Base – (click on the picture for a larger view): This base focuses on protecting Dark Elixir and the wide-spread layout makes it hard for attackers to rush through the base – especially when they go for the “easy” Town Hall and lose plenty of troops to the traps there.
Town Hall 9 War Base – (click on the picture for a larger view): In the first impression, I thought that this base is easy to 3 Star, but then I watched the replays and noticed that it definetly is not. It’s hard to plan the pathing because the sections are not very clear and troops are always forced into the traps.
Town Hall 10 Farming Base & War Base Layouts
Town Hall 10 Farming & Trophy Base – (click on the picture for a larger view): A nice layout with a separated core, one with the Town Hall and the Heroes and the other with the Inferno Tower and the Dark Elixir Storage. The entry points are well-protected and I have seen good results in replays of this base so far.
Town Hall 10 War Base – (click on the picture for a larger view): A classic island base that protects from Bowlers and Valkyrie attacks. The attacker always has to attack from the northern side because he can’t snipe anything there and gets forced into the splash damage and then into the X-Bows. Make sure to add some Seeking Air Mines there
Town Hall 11 Farming Base & War Base Layouts
Town Hall 11 Farming & Trophy Base – (click on the picture for a larger view): This base is working great with the intersection that makes it quite hard to 3 Star.
Town Hall 11 War Base – (click on the picture for a larger view): A nice Anti 3 Star War Base with large intersections. The Eagle Artillery and Clan Caste/Hero positions make it hard for an attacker to choose the right side to attack while the Inferno Tower will always put in some extra damage and healing block from the side.
